  DISCOUNTS FOR WEEKLY IN LOW AND MIDDLE SEASON

  Additional Charges General: - Daily cleaning € 20 per room (no cooking in the apartments). – Towel € 5 for the entire stay – € 3 to wash laundry
  Extra charges for APARTMENTS: - heating € 10 per day – final cleaning € 25 – Breakfast € 8 per person – extra bed € 15 
  Apartment GRANAIO  The prices are for 4 people. For each extra bed surcharge of € 15 per day.

• Apartment OLEANDRO: Prices are for 2 people. 3rd person in sofa matrimonilae supplement € 10 per day. 4th person FREE. Pets accepted prior authorization € 5 per day up to a maximum of € 25.
• It ‘requires a deposit of 30% of the total

  RENTAL CONDITIONS

   

  1)    Rooms or apartment booked by guests are available for them from 03.30 p.m. on the day of arrival  to 10 a.m. on the day of departure, except different agreement.

  Guests are awaited till 7 p.m on arrival’s day if reservation was without deposit; otherwise,  they will be awaited  till midnight . A telephonic-warning will be appreciated . When these time limits have passed and the guest has failed to arrive or to communicate, the management has the right to dispose of the rooms.

  2) If a deposit is requested, in case of annulment of reservation or non-arrival within above mentioned time limits, it won’t be returned.

   3) If the guest arrives late or leaves earlier than the date agreed, he is required to pay a penalty equal to the price of overnight accommodation only, as shown below:
  - for stays of 1 day = payment of the whole price
  - for stays of 2 days = payment of 1 day and half
  - for stays of 3 days = payment of 2 days
  - for stays of 4 and more = payment of  benefited stay and  half the stay not benefited

• PLEASE NOTE: It is an exception: : a) all the period of High Season, published on our web site www.agriturismoilsasso.it. For those periods, If the guest arrives late or leaves earlier than the date agreed, he is required to pay the entire amount  of the stay reserved; b)The stay of New Year Day. The guest who leaves earlier, is required to pay the new Year’s dinner too. 4) The guest has no right to allow anyone who is not staying in the farm holiday into his room or apartment and in the swimming pool area unless he has the explicit consent of the management. Any way we invite the guests to advise the management when somebody is let in the Property.5) The guest may not bring any animals into the farm holiday unless a previous agreement has been made with the management. For them it is requested an extra amount. They never will can enter in the swimming pool area and, to respect all the guests, in the breakfast/dinner-room, except their consent. Eventual damages are to the account of the animal’s owner.6) Guests are required to follow the rules indicated on place.
